FAQ, and what you should know before your Pet's grooming appointment.

Bringing your pet into a new environment can be daunting, so please message us beforehand if you have any special requirements or just want to chat! We're here to make things run as smoothly as possible!

We really appreciate it if you toilette your dog before coming into the salon but don't worry, we know accidents happen.

Pets seem to settle once the owner has left the salon, however if we feel we need your assistance, please keep your mobile handy for us to contact you.

Please book your pets grooming appointment online where possible. Please don't bring your pet if they're suffering illness or injury (check with your vet, if you're unsure).

We take most major credit cards, accept bank transfers and take cash

We're fully insured for health treatments and all pet grooming treatments.

Please tell us about any habits, or illness or ongoing medication or treatments your pet is having. Please tell us if your pet has allergies or temperamental issues.
