FAQ, and what you should know before your Pet's grooming appointment.
WHAT STEPS HAVE YOU TAKEN TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF CORONAVIRUS?
We hope that you will be re-assured to know that we have taken the outbreak extremely seriously. We de-contaminate between all visits and will be reducing the amount of pets we have in the salon at any one time.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE I BRING MY PET TO THE SALON?
Please make every effort to book your pets grooming appointment online. Don't bring your pet if anyone in your home is suffering illness which you suspect is Covid-19. Bring your pet into the salon only at your appointment time and on time. Wear a mask and don't spend longer than necessary in the reception area. Ring before or after if you'd like to discuss any grooming requirements. Collect your dog as soon as possible.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY PETS GROOMING SERVICES?
It's really easy to pay. We accept contactless card payments (£45) max limit or Apple pay. Â
